Petrol East Apartments

I have lived here over 2 years and I enjoy it. Its very quiet and safe. Management is on-site. The upkeep on the whole complex is amazing. Easy app to pay rent and laundry. There is designated parking, smoke free area, friendly atmosphere. I enjoy living here with my daughter.

Living in this apartment community has been a very positive experience for me. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and it really makes a difference in how comfortable and welcoming the place feels. Tomas, our manager, is always on top of everything. I really appreciate how smooth and comfortable he makes living here.

This is my first apartment I moved into when I moved out of my parent’s home and it has been such a blessing! Juan Franco is at great maintenance, Cynthia Quan is a fantastic supervisor, and of course Tomas our apartment manager is wonderful!

I’ve lived here for about 13 years, its always kept clean outside, all neighbors are very respectful, any time I’ve needed anything fixed or replaced in my apartment our on site manager Thomas is always on top of it and the maintenance workers are extremely respectful over all great place to live
