As a Realtor, I would never recommend this lender, Peter Jose. In multiple transactions, the experience has been consistently frustrating — full of broken promises, poor communication, and a complete lack of urgency. He repeatedly assures that we’ll have a “clear to close by end of day,” only for the days to come and go with no progress. This has delayed closings more than once, causing unnecessary stress for everyone involved. In one recent transaction, we finally received “clear to close” on a Wednesday — a full week after we were supposed to have already closed — and were scheduled to close two days later on Friday - as suggested by Peter himself.
