What can I say? We enjoy where we are and the managing company as well. If we call the come. And we have no issues with getting what we need. Carlos and Fabi are the only 2 that I've dealt with in the office, and I wouldn't trade them.

Ive been here for over 3 years and when times got hard they worked with me multiple times to ensure i was able to keep my apartment… i mean they didn’t take no money off but they gave me well enough time to come up with it, with very lil pressure… also i love how they have someone come out to service within 24-48 hours of a maintenance request… i plan to stay here until Im Blessed enough to buy my home

We've lived here for 5 yrs. The people in the office are always there to help during business hours. After business hours you can contact maintenance, and if it is an emergency they will be there that night. Very pleased with the quality of living here.

The home is beautiful. The process was easy and fast. They are very professional if you need anything they are always willing to get it done. Very helpful and kind.
