The cats love it here. The building is very clean. The walls are thick because we can never hear the neighbors, maintenance seems very nice and accommodating most of all. Jennifer in the office is amazing. She's very professional, very kind and keeps this place running very smoothly. After a couple years, we're still very happy here.

They like to micromanage everything the tenants do, and add new rules every few months. This month's new set of rules, includes not being allowed to dispose of cat litter and pet waste in the trash shoot. They actually want tenants to bring their pets feces into the elevator with other people, and through the lobby, so that they can dispose of it outside. It's not like there's airflow in the elevators, that's absolutely disgusting. The majority of the tenants are elderly or disabled, and it's not fair to them to ask them to do all of that. And also, they want someone to carry their cats feces with them in the elevator when they're wheelchair-bound? you want them to put it on their lap on the ride down? As long as people are bagging and tying their pet waste, it should be allowed down the

My experience living at Perrytown Place has been wonderful with one exception. I requested an accommodation due to a physical disability. It was approved by the District Manager after forms and Medical Records were submitted. It has been over 10 weeks and it still has not been taken care of. Otherwise, everything is really great here. Small pets are permitted which is a definite plus. Jennifer (Jen) in the Management office downstairs is awesome! She is friendly, caring, helpful, and professional. All the tenants just love her, including myself and my 6 month old puppy! There is a long waiting list but no wonder - it is really a great place to live! has still not been taken care of. Otherwise, Jen is indeed possibly the absolute best person taking care of anything ever as

I requested two replacement catch basins for my stove. Shawn from Maintenance was very quick to respond and always with a "smile "! Very happy to be a resident here. Added note: Excellent & quick service on a recent request for a sliding door/screen issue. Thank you Drew and Bill! Again, glad to be a long-term resident. Follow up to service request of 6/20/23 was excellent. Same day service on a bathtub drain issue and screendoor repairs. Paul is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you Paul & staff.

I don't know why the other reviews paint a picture that this is an amazing place to live, because it's not. Between management and the residents, it's unbearable. Management tries to micromanage everything you do in your apartment, such as how many flower pots you have on your balcony (fun fact: the limit is 5). And then there's the residents, my god. I've never met a more angry group of people. Nothing's ever good enough for them, and all they do is complain. There's constant turnover in the management office, which I imagine is because the residents are unbearable to work with. Overall, if you want to feel like you're living under your parents roof again, then by all means, this is your place to be!
