Hey Everyone, me and my partner had rented in McCook, NE. We went through two property managers and both times felt pretty neglected. Our first one told us if we moved out that we would get our security deposit back and a week later a new property manager come to take her place. We notified him that we were moving months in advance and we scheduled with this man to see each other in person to get our deposit back, he never showed. He purposely ignored me and other tenants calls and when he needed to respond back to our new property managers he never would respond to them and would lie to our face and theirs when we had a speaker phone call with him. I have pictures of black mold, rust, holes in walls, 1 single lightbulb in our 40 - 60 feet fixtures and it was like that in every room. I ha

Abuse victim moving out alone and last weekend weathwr was bad so i aajed for ine extra week several times, and i work daily now and bust butt daily to get what i can my back killing me by time i leavw here now ive git valuvbles in apaetment and instead of contacting me to say yes or no to extra time they simply locked me out. Im single 5ft tall 110lbs lady with a chevy cruz, i didnt hear anyone offer to help me, im alone in this town and havw no one to help me. This is wrong btw its landmark apts in McCook, NE and aot 201 and now ive git figure out how get more time off work to get my stuff out. The manager made it clear she hates me and has done thus purposly to me. She didnt have to do this, but she takes delight in making my days harder and is so rude to me and im done with Tonya Hard

Avoid if you expect professionalism and fairness. My experience with Perry Reid Management has been riddled with poor communication, policy inconsistencies, and discriminatory behavior. As a tenant with a disability, I was denied basic rights and reasonable accommodations. If you’re looking for stable housing and respectful management, look elsewhere.

My interaction with this company is from the crossing at boyson in Cedar Rapids, there was a lot of confusion all about coming in for a tour, I had called regarding getting information and getting a tour. But they said we couldn’t get a tour without having information regarding our dogs. (Which you can not do fair housing law). Also we were told one thing and then the next time we were told differently.. I’d also like to ask why do you have a whole Rents kit that people can not get out off? And once again why can people not have their own renters insurance? (Was told i couldn’t bring my own) Overall my experience wasn’t great. We really wanted to live there but after how things went I have no desire to.
