Perry Homes - Walsh 50'/55'

Kristin Joyce along with her construction team of Tanner, Ennesa Delzell, and Sergio (and others) gave us an exceptional Perry Homes building experience at Brook Hollow, Walsh Ranch TX. While on the waiting list, Kristin kept us updated and made an outstanding recommendation for a lot to build on. We love the home, the lot, and especially Kristin, Ennesa, Tanner, and Sergio for a phenomenal and uncommonly fun "new home building" experience! :-)

Our experience with Perry Homes has been a nightmare from start to finish. Kim, our salesperson, was dishonest and tried to change pricing on selections we had already agreed to. During construction, upgrades we paid for were missed, workmanship was poor, and the promised timeline was not honored. Since moving in, we’ve dealt with constant issues: damaged windows, countertops, stairs (replaced and refinished multiple times), appliances, cabinets, flooring, and plumbing — all caused by their own contractors. The final straw was when a cleaning company Perry Homes hired scratched 14 of our windows. Perry Homes refused to repair or replace them, claiming the damage is within their “construction tolerance,” even with photo and video proof. We paid a lot of money for our home and deeply regret

Kristin sold me my Perry home and I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process.
