Lee with Perry Homes is fantastic! Working with Lee was a fantastic process and he has been available for questions and assistance all throughout the build process, even after closing. Extremely professional, responsive and courteous customer service! Lee made the home buying process a smooth and easy process. The construction team (James, Mike and David) is a great team to work with throughout the construction process and after with any warranty concerns. The professionalism, excellent customer service, and quality that the Perry Homes' team brings is amazing. Overall, the entire Perry Homes team is awesome, exceeded expectations and the absolute best to work with!

We purchased our Perry home March 2019. I have been a Realtor for 24 years and was looking for quality, location and value. Trinity Falls met all our requirements and then some. Beautiful development, walking trails, the setting is just awesome. Barbara was great to work with. Once we moved in any issues that we had (minor) were attended to quickly and professionally. This team went above and beyond in understanding our home needs, and delivered an excellent finished product/home that exceeded our expectations. Their passion for serving their customers and delivering best finished products/homes for home buyers is excellent. Their clear communication, transparency, educating customers throughout the process, expertise in the home buying/building process, and care for customers certainly stood out. Barbara and Kevin are always great to work with in Trinity Falls! Warranty issues are covered immediately & customer service is great!
