I’m a Realtor with Pure Realty and went to tour the Perry Homes model, stunning home!! Love the color scheme on the cabinets snd the stairs as well! Ayodele Babatola gave me a tour of the model home and took me on a tour through the neighborhood and showed me their inventory homes, amenities and even where the new HEB is located. Really nice guy and knows his product!

Very nice builder. This section of Parmer Ranch is lovely. Perry Homes is known for high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows and this community didn't disappoint.
Model in Parmer Ranch is BEAUTIFUL and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is great-big new HEB center opening right there this summer yet still country feel with large trees etc
