We lived in a Perry in Harmony and it was a great house! Well built and with very little to no problems. Builder was amazing took care of us! Would buy from them again! I’m cheating!

Buyer beware if you have kids. For a community of this massive size, the amenities are completely unacceptable. There is barely one toddler-friendly park, and the single pool is far too small for the number of residents (and only open a few months a year). Despite the marketing, there are no plans to add more parks or a second pool to accommodate the growth. It feels like a trap don't get sold on the pictures alone.🙃

Alicia Harrison with Perry Homes was wonderful! She is nice, hands on and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to help you and gets you everything you ask for and need. We bought our home July of 2023 in GCP and we couldn’t be happier! We love the area, very nice and quiet. We love that Perry Homes are all brick and they offer a 2 year warranty, most builders only offer a 1 year warranty. You definitely get what you pay for.
