I highly recommend Perry homes for anyone looking for a quality home, I’m currently going through a new construction home purchase in the Houston Texas area in the Audobon park community and I was lucky to have Krista Sherman as my sales representative she has gone over and beyond to make this journey stress free, Krista has come through for me with ironing out some uncertainties and putting my mind at ease and coming through like she promised. this has made my soon to be purchase complete in all aspects of what I want in a home, if you’re looking to purchase a home with Perry make sure you ask for Krista she will make sure you get what you’re looking for. Great experience with the Perry 70' crew. We have been in our home for about 5 months now. Anything that has needed attention since we moved in - which has only been cosmetic - they took care of quickly and without issue. We have been very happy overall with the Perry experience.

Garbage developer, amenities are 2 parks for $1850. They are not caring for this community as they should. They have sidewalks that end in construction tape. Dont waste your money. This place is NOT ready and the developer is NOT taking care of it.

Dealing with issues since day one, I’ll never buy a Perry home again.
