Apartment complex for the elderly or low income households. There are no one bedroom apartments. The smallest apartment has two bedrooms. They have a waiting list and sometimes you have to wait over a year for your name to be called.
Horrible place to live. Management is crooked and will nickel and dime you for EVERY little thing when you move out. You and up owing more than the apartment is worth.
