Most people just live there because they don't have a choice and the low price but it comes with a cost. The maintenance guys are good except for one that never does anything but when he does he acts like he's the owner of the place which he isn't, just a snake that acts friendly in front of you.
AVOID!!! I have been trying to get my security deposit back for 4 months now!!! After they verified and confirmed that I was getting the security deposit back, it never happened! I have made many phone calls and NO ONE is able to provide any updates. This has been so stressful! 😣 we all work very hard to make ends meet for people to be stealing your money and get away with it. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place.
Best place I've lived in Perry. It has a community feeling that make me felt safe. The property manager is really nice.
Friendly owners, Friendly neighbors, and located in town witch is convenient for walking to stores and restaurants
