Shout out to Eloisa Sarabia/Office Manager, she provides 10 star, excellent service. She is very caring and makes sure to deliver what is promised. The entire office staff was very professional, thank you for a great experience, great customer service.

I appreciate the opportunity in being housed here in a comfortable and relaxed environment with my greatest appreciation towards the manager Eloisa Sarabia that gives excellent support and customer service to everyone and helpful resources for the residents needs. Thank You for making our lives a happy community. Although property is short staffed there is a great team in up keeping, smells and looks great.

Perris isle is a very comfortable place to live very clean they are always giving maintenance the gardeners come every eight days to clean all the green areas the pool the jacuzzi is always in excellent condition. As for the administration of this place, the attention of Mrs. Eloísa is excellent. She helps all the people a lot. They have a lot of patience and a lot of calmness to explain to people all the details of the property!! Unfortunately, there are a lot of gossipy people here who spend their time talking bad about people to make them look bad

The current manager Eloisa is my all time favorite manager having lived here for 16 years I have seen them all she is the one that was always so helpful and friendly she is one of those rare five star property manager superstars you might only find in a lifetime

My grandparents have lived here for about four years now. The management of this place is a pure joke, they sure are always eager to get the rent for the month, but seem to show zero interest in actually taking care of the place. Stained carpets, broken mailboxes (my grandma's mailbox has been broken for A MONTH and they say it'll take weeks up to months to fix!), and dismissive office staff. With the passing of my grandpa, naturally my grandma does not have as much money as before and so she went to the office to ask what she could do in regards to her rent; just to see if they could even lower it even just a FRACTION of what it originally is now. What the office staff did instead was give her a list of other places to move to, places in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, etc., really!? To add
