Perla Apartments

We lived here for two years from 2021 to 2023 and it was a difficult time for us. BCI properties owned the property originally and Allied Residential bought it from them during our tenancy. The walls are paper thin. You can hear the people around you snoring, you can hear their alarms going off, you can hear all the activity going on in the apartments around you. The communication of the management was really poor. We had to message and call over and over to get any type of response with issues and when somebody was sent out to help with maintenance they never called ahead of time to notify you they were coming. They also hardly ever actually fixed the issue you had. While we were living here our dishwasher didn’t work for a majority of the time, we had issues with our toilet flushing whic

The staff is great and always make sure the hallways are clean. Anytime I call with a work order or issue the team resolves it right away. The property is in a great location and I love my apartment!

Saheed is the only reason I have been considering moving into Perla. He has great customer service. I have not lived in this apartment, however, he knows how to sell the experience.
