This morning when I arrived to Perla 249 leasing office I was greeted by Mary Gomez. Her energy was awesome and answered all my questions. Place looks great and the environment as well feels good as soon as you arrive to the area. Thanks to Mary and her professionalism I am really going to move forward with filling out the paper work when I come back next week and complete all that is necessary. I really recommend this place that can called home.

Maribel was very sophisticated, she referred me here through Perla 1960, She is very smart and attentive to my requests. The tour with Mary was great as well. After living here for almost 2 months I can say they are on top of things and improving the community. I like how they have a modern look even the stainless steel appliances are great. Its a safe community 10/10 recommend.
