Very nice people! Mary and Anna are great! Mary told me about the perla at my last job when I told her i was struggling trying to find a place to live. Very easy process and very nice property. Anna was very very kind and Mary was excellent and helped us a lot!!! If you are looking for something reasonable to stay in please check them out. Location on FM 1960 or 249 in Houston Tx

Customer Service was exceptional, I can honestly say it felt like I was working with family, not merely a leasing agent. The prices are affordable, and the facility is immaculately clean. I thoroughly enjoy the gym, as all the equipment is in working order and well-maintained. I done many reviews so if it was not true I would not say it lol

I had a great experience at Perla 1960 thanks to Maribel! She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She made the leasing process smooth and easy, answering all my questions and making me feel confident in my decision. If you’re looking for a new place, I highly recommend speaking with Maribel! I had toured here first and she is amazing.

Sooo i just moved in. I took a walk around and everything is clean. Very quiet inside and outside. Pool is clean. Laundry area clean. Office staff is super nice and answered all my questions.

Today my husband and I got to move into our apartment. Lucy gave us a warm welcome to our new home and made sure everything was to our liking. She was very friendly and overall an amazing host. I would 1000% recommend moving into this community and becoming part of the Perla 1960 family
