Perkins Park Apartments

These are nice little apartments. The office manager Crystal has been amazing, nice and VERY helpful. She responds quickly whether by phone or email. Maintenance is also very helpful. My family and I love being so close to the park. highly recommend these apartments, the neighbors are all friendly.

New to the community. I love the location next to the park and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean and very spacious. Crystal made the full process – from application to move-in – seamless. She has been extremely responsive to our questions. Excited to make this our new home!

I love the apartment. It is very spacious, updated and modern. Everything works great, I had no problems moving in. The location is very quiet and the neighbors are kind and friendly. It is also great that it is right next to a park. I want to thank Crystal who showed me the apartment viewing, she was very kind, helpful, and addressed, if any, issues. She is also very quick to respond to any questions if needed. I feel very safe and like that there is always someone to help or answer any questions I need. I am very satisfied and definitely recommend these apartments.

My husband was being transfered from Tennessee to New York. Unfortunately, we were have a hard time finding housing because we were still in Tennessee. Crystal from DeGeorge Management was very helpful and accommodating to our special circumstances. Crystal was able to help us find the perfect unit to fit our needs.
