Don't move here, it WAS nice, now it's NOT. They swapped property management from Cortland (who are one of the better apartment property management companies in Atlanta despite their problems) to Preferred Apartment Communities (PAC). They just raised the base rent on all their 1 bedroom units by $300 in comparison to Cortland's old rates for new tenants. Last apartment I stayed at was owned by PAC at the Hartley, they suck, incredibly. It already shows on the first day from their transition. Their valet trash is inconsistent. They hire people from a third-party service (VALET LIVING, google and look at their reviews and you'll know what you're dealing with) to do their work instead of how Cortland had valet trash workers directly working for Cortland which means THESE WORKERS DON'T CARE

I recently did a tour of Perimeter Circle apartments and it was great. Ms. Tika was amazing. She was very knowledgeable. The apartment I saw was great. I loved the way the space was laid out and the community is quiet.

Highly advise to not move here. Worst 14 months of my life. We dealt with mold which ruined thousands of dollars of our furniture and they never fixed the mold problem, just painted over it. We dealt with roaches. They redid the parking spots and made them smaller when they already were small so my car was all scratched up due to cars parking incredibly close. Just problem after problem. Take my advice and pay an extra few hundred dollars for a better apartment where management/company actually cares about the value of your experience.

This complex was actually super good until the management changed a couple months ago. Now it’s impossible to contact the leasing office and they never respond to messages. They also raised rents by 20% across the board (in my case $400)… oh, and I fell down the stairs yesterday because they can’t be bothered to salt the frozen stairways or sidewalks.
