Our experience as a vendor for PPM has been excellent. Our main contact is Jon and we've also worked with Leah and Shad. Communication is clear, responses are quick, and everyone we've worked with has been very pleasant. We highly recommend Performance Property Management!

The maintenance man Kyle is always responsive to any problems we've had, and is very friendly and polite. He'cousin s always fixed the issue quickly or worked on getting a replacement if it can't be fixed (i.e. the refrigerator). The property manager, Shad, is always prompt in reviewing and assigning the work orders.

I have been renting from Performance for a year now. I haven't had any real issues with the management at all! I recently had some plumbing issues and had a little flooding. They were very quick to respond and had plumbers at my house within 90 min after hours! They are always quick to respond to any issues I have.

We rented a townhouse with PPM for about a year before buying our home, and it was a great experience. Whenever maintenance issues came up, Leah was incredibly responsive, and the maintenance team addressed everything quickly and efficiently.

This place is got to be the best place I have ever lived. I have lived here three different times the apartment that I live in now is my favorite. I like the location of where this apartment complex is at lots of shopping. It’s safe here. And the management company is just amazing when it comes to maintenance work. They stay up on things if you’re looking for an amazing place to live go no further this is the place you wanna live I’ve never had a problem really with anything here, and if I did, I just reported it and they took care of it. Great job!!! This could possibly be my forever home!!!
