Best experience I’ve had with a mortgage lender in 20+ years. Attempted a refinance with David Brown at Performance Lending over the course of a month. Aside from an initial response, I was constantly chasing him up for answers and progress on my loan estimate which ultimately never eventuated. Even when I left a message with reception for any loan agent to get back to me, there was no response whatsoever. I got the sense that my money was just not good enough for them to make an effort. There are so many players in this market, I'm sure another lender can be found that gives at least a modicum of customer service.
