I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS CO FOR MY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT NEEDS. THEY DONT RESPOND TO ANY OF YOUR ISSUES AS A BUSINESS OWNER. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS OF THE NOW CLOSED SAFEWAY AT 231 W JACKSON WAS LEFT AFTER BEING FORCED TO CLOSE BY THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. JOSEPH YOU NEED TO GET YOUR LAZY BUT ON A PLANE AND COME ADDRESS THE ISSUES THAT THE BUSINESSES PAY $1500 A MONTH FOR YOU TO ADDRESS FOR SECURITY AND CLEANUP WHICH WE HAVE NEITHER!!
