Alexis was the best landlord I've ever had! We loved living in our apartment managed by Perfect Solutions, she was so attentive and quick with any repairs or issues we had. We never had any issues getting in touch with her, and she was so reasonable. She never raised our rent or bothered us either. She sent our security deposit within a week of us moving out! I would totally recommend renting with this company.

I’ve been renting with this company for a while now and never been happier. Super easy communication with management and things always get done in a timely fashion. Very kind, understanding and reasonable people to work with. Rentals are always clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a company that truly cares about their renters.

Great mgr of my apt & bldg. Alexis is very attentive to any prob. that might occur. Never have to bother her much because my apt is beautiful & well maintained. I love my apt! Alexis better than family.

Never rent from these twins they are the nasty, rude and mean vindictive people in business, the section 8 people even advise not to rent from them they will try to charge you for things they know the must fix. They harass and will try intimidating you while speaking in another language I live in a unit with 36 mice holes in it and the yet charge d me $55 to replace11 light bulbs and $85 to hang 2 blinds and Another fee all because they didn't want to give me my security deposit back and will they totally scammed me as a disabled woman with 2 minor children just to get back at me because I needed to move due to a domestic violence situation and they still used harassment tatics to stress me out sending Emails and calling my sister with a matter that didn't have anything to do with he

Heater haven’t been working emailed them About the heater not working the temperature is going down this weekend and the heater won’t get fix until next week. I have 2 children under 10 and my mother with disabilities. We been in this property for 2 yrs and we don’t call them for nothing until this situation.
