It’s been great to work with Perennial Real Estate as a renter. They took over property management at my townhome a few years into my time there. The difference between the old company and Perennial was a very nice change! The app is easy to use, maintenance requests were dealt with in a timely fashion by an experienced tech, and John was kind, attentive, and understanding. I feel like they appreciate good renters! When I moved out, I did all they requested (that was in my lease agreement) but I didn’t expect a lot of my security deposit back since most property management companies are notorious for finding reasons to keep it. I was a tenant for John Crader the past 1.5+ years and highly reccomend Perennial Real Estate. John is very communicative, diligent and timely. The few maintance requests we have needed were addressed same day or at the very latest next day, the maintance staff were AWESOME as well. The property I lived in for those years was clean and well kept when we moved in and has stayed that way throughout the entirety of my time there. If not for my wife and I having our first child and wanting to buy our first home we would have definitely renewed our lease! Needless to say John 'is a great landlord and we truly enjoyed our time there.
