It’s a hard 1 star. Living here wasn’t the best experience I’ve ever had. The maintenance would welcome themselves into my apartment, causing me to live in fear of that happening the entire time I lived there. Rent went up but the quality of living did not

It is a wonderful place to call home. Miriam, Caleb, and the maintenance team are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond for the residents. Miriam, just recently, saved the day, when my husband had an accident and needed assistance. She is a special person who puts others needs before her own. It is a great community and I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love living at Peppertree Apartments in Gulf Shores! The apartments are fully renovated and feel brand new, and the entire property is so well-maintained—everything is always clean and beautiful. They also host great resident events in the clubhouse, which really helps create a sense of community. When I moved in, Caleb made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He communicated everything clearly and efficiently, so I always knew what to expect. On top of that, he’s just a joy to be around—he has me laughing every time I stop by the office. Big thanks to Caleb and the whole team at Peppertree for making this such a great place to call home!
