Very nice updated apartments. I feel like I live in the whole building by myself ! Property manager Ms. Patton is awesome , very professional and gets everything done in a timely manner. Never cared to reside in an apartment complex but these here are extremely nice, comfortable and very well maintained due to new management and new updated units ! I Love it Here 🤗

I've lived out in Pepermill a few years now. I'll be signing a new lease this next February. The office staff is very friendly and polite. The manager is hilarious and the assistant Tina rocks! They're on top of their stuff and, the maintenance men are great. I locked my keys in my apt before and they were there in no time to unlock my door and let me in. I did have an issue this past summer with a neighbor feeding the evil stray cats and they were always on my porch to. The office sent that crazy cat lady a letter and she no longer feeds them. Love living out here!!

I've lived here going on 10 months now. I don't have any complaints, except for the damn geese. I hate those things. But that's nature. I had to get maintenance over on a couple of occasions and they were out pretty quickly within a day or so. The office has always been open when I've needed to conduct business. I would go to the office and use the computers on a daily. I will be renewing my lease next week for another year. I'm very happy with my apartment and recommend this place.. :)

I have lived here for going on 4 years and I never had a problem getting maintenance to come out. They are always quick and fix the the problem! Any of the girls that has worked in the office is super nice and professional! Julia makes me laugh! She's so nice and understanding!
