Pepper Ridge Apartments

Ive been living here for the past 7 years with my mother. In the beginning it was a very solid place. They had a worker picking up trash from our porches for free, free cable, free wifi (although it was slow), rent was alright for what you got all things included. Small kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a small laundry area. It was a step up in terms of all of the appliances. Unfortunately things have gone down hill slowly ever since. 1st thing to go was the trash pickup worker, apartments said we could still keep the service for a monthly fee, 2nd thing to go was the cable for the same monthly fee, and the wifi is still there but I havent used it in years due to the slow speed of it. Roaches are around these complexes unfortunately due to unclean neighbors and the official bug exterminators of the

I have lived here since 2018. I have seen a lot of changes since then . We now have a great office staff that truly cares and understands community. They take the time to connect with their residents and just to ask how are you ! They have remolded our gym and for me that’s a PLUS! A community where I feel safe . Thank you to Brianna and Chad for always being Great! Thank you to the maintenance staff for always coming through in a timely manner whenever a request is placed! YOU ALL ARE AWESOME!!

Love it here!! So peaceful & comfy . Very spacious and everyone is nice! Especially the property managers. Chad was very fast paced and awesome and I love my welcome home gift. Filled with alot of household goodies that really came in handy.

Fantastic walkable area, quiet and clean. Low crime. Very nice maintenance people. Great green view from my balcony. Close enough to walk to many many food places, target, a dentist, a hair cutting place, Momo donuts. Though I wish there was a path from the complex down to the adjacent shopping area, I have to walk all the way out and around the complex car exit instead of just cutting through into the shopping strip. The apartment itself was in great condition other than a couple small things. It doesn't smell, I can't even hear my neighbors too. The office staff is very helpful as well.

Living at Pepper Ridge is "Amazing" the staff there is like family. Brianna is so friendly and thoughtful. She is very professional and it shows in each encounter I've had with her. And very quick to respond to my needs. When I moved here in 2019 I was well pleased with the exception of a VERY RUDE neighbor. Still being here now in 2022 I am overjoyed with the staff and even the maintenance guys are amazing. I dare not leave out Chad he is also very professional and responds quickly. Brianna and Chad take time to have conversations with the tenants, that's a plus for me.
