Penryn completed an addition to our son's house to make room for his growing family. Beautiful work. Easy to work with. Professional. All words we heard throughout the process. The addition looks like it has always been there. Would recommend for any building project.

We reached out to Penryn Builders to construct a two-car garage, and from our first meeting with Eli through the final inspection, the entire process was seamless. Communication was easy, expectations were clear, and the end result exceeded what we hoped for. The crew showed up every day and worked incredibly hard—often in miserable weather—without letting conditions affect their craftsmanship or attention to detail. It was truly a great experience from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with our garage. I would absolutely use Penryn Builders again in a heartbeat.

Sam and his crew did a great job for us by replacing a very old deck on our home in bitterly cold weather this winter. Good, honest, hardworking folks who are always a pleasure to have at our home; are patient with all of our questions; and produce a great product on a timely basis at a fair price. I can't think of anything negative and highly recommend them.

We are thrilled with our new deck. The whole experience was pain free. Great customer service throughout the process. The conditions in the yard were not the best to work in, but they completed the project on time and did a beautiful job. We couldn't be happier!

The crew worked in difficult conditions ( the drought ended) but completed the job with expert craftsmanship, replacing the 35 year old structure with a beautiful new deck that will out last the owners. Highly recommended!
