Wasted a month with these people doing paperwork because of all of their mistakes and lack of communication. And because of their errors and irresponsible practices, the deal never got done and now you can't even get them to call you back. Terrible service!

I'm fairly neutral because PennyMac is my mortgage loan company and I haven't had any issues overall. However, they have been calling me on a daily basis for the past few months, I'm assuming to refinance my loan even though I told them I wasn't interested back in January. I've stopped answering their calls and have now blocked their number because it is absolutely ridiculous that I'm getting called everyday. The few times I have answered no one even talks so it's a waste of my time and energy to answer the call. I've resorted to directing them to voicemail and they never leave a message. Again, I've now blocked their number and reported as spam because I shouldn't be receiving these calls. Awful company to work with. My mortgage was sold to Pennymac and I'm dealing with their daily phone and junk mail harassment trying to get me to refinance. During a customer service call trying to get them to stop calling, the company representative said "but you do know you could save up to $1200 if you refinance right? And you don't want to do that?" Horrible experience with this company

They did a great job with my refinance. They caught a mistake (that they had made) and shaved a point off of closing costs to make it right. Good overall service and an automated process through their portal made it simple to get everything done in a short amount of time.

Great positive experience with the PennyMac team! Process was clearly explained by my initial counselor and the rest of the team kept me informed regarding status of the loan application and if there's any issues I needed to resolve. Very impressed whit the overall professional approach of PennyMac.
