Told me taxes were included. Then when I got tax bill for 900 was told they paid 60. I do not like doing business with liars and no idea what they did with my money they take for taxes and plan to refinance with another company. Everything was fine til then but now far from ok

Pennymac bought my mortgage a month after I purchased my home. Nothing good from them. Their website is TRASH. I can never pay my mortgage using my online acct. The link on the site is in a perpetual "loading" state. I refuse to set up automatic payments, based off of other reviews and PM's reputation for taking more than one payment and never refunding the extra payment. They are a pain to deal with on every level. I hope to refinance soon and get a different company., God willing.

Do NOT use PENNYMAC if you need to refinance or need to take out a mortgage loan! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with! And I have bought and refinanced a lot of properties over my lifetime so I have a good sense of how other lenders compare. From loan processors to underwriters, they continue to not read notes or documents. They lack the knowledge of loan information that is published on their own website! 🙄 I went from having a closing date locked in, to the system allegedly canceling my closing late last night and of course no one knows why! Now they are unable to schedule anything sooner then 3 days out farther then my original closing appt because their system won’t allow them to look at earlier dates! 🤔🤨 This is not just 1 loan I am speaking about but rather 2 loans

This company bought out my mortgage without any warning, and as soon as they did, my monthly payment went up. I received no clear explanation for the increase, and the transition was handled poorly. The lack of communication and transparency has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

I have a loan with Pennymac. I set autopay after closed my property. I found the late fee was charged. I made a phone to ask the reason and followed their guide to reset. Unfortunately, they charged the late fee again. I called again to let them correct it. They said done. The late fee happened again and again. I really confused they they were doing!!!
