I chose PennyDot Realty because I believe in supporting local small business. I was selling my mom’s house, the house I grew up in so it was hard to do in the beginning, by the time closing came I couldn’t wait to get rid of it. When it was listed she listed it for more than we talked about-which was okay. We had two showing and no feed back, then she wanted to drop the price, fine, that took about a week or so, asked for updated verbiage and I feel she gave me excuses, it wasn’t until I sent a text saying your not working for me that all of a sudden I had an offer and she still didn’t keep me posted on what was going on, about every two weeks I would text to find out, then there were issues on the buyer who was selling her house to buy mine, all I heard was thank you for being so patien

Called to inquire on a home she was representing. Answered to only say she has another call and would get back to me. Never got back to me.
