Pennwood Place

Mitzi and the entire staff made my difficult moving situation as rapid and issue free as possible. My unit is newly remodeled and any minor issue is handled within hours. Location is gated and well lit.

I recently moved into Pennwood Place 10/10/24 I love my apartment. Management Danna was great helping me with the application. Also the maintenance are wonderful get things done. Thank you guys so much.

Their mailbox is broken, so no one can get mail there anymore. I feel sorry for the residents who lost their electricity because they aren't getting their bills anymore. The manager claims the mailbox is fixed, but the post office delivery person said its not. They just keep saying the same thing but no mail ever gets delivered because the post office and the manager of this place can't agree. More about this place. They have a cockroach infestation. Management was told about filthy tenants who have rotting food in their apartment but they won't inspect or do anything about it. So they let people breed thousands of roaches which then move to neighboring units. Exterminator can't stop them without fumigating the entire building which they don't do so it's just a joke.
