If I could give 0 stars I would. Currently live in a building called 50 penn in Brooklyn that is poorly managed by pennrose and that is putting it kindly. Have been without heat for almost a month and my regional manager Josue Caban has done absolutely nothing to address the issue.

learn to be respectful in the neighborhoods you set your offices up in. The constant noise pollution and general lack of cleanliness from your office building (trash everywhere, all the time) in Philadelphia has completely been an eyesore and a nuisance to your neighbors. Just shameful

Sad income restricted apartments in Pennsylvania are no good and the buildings are not being taken care of. What's sadder is that people paying apartment rents of $1,800 or more the tenants and buildings are taken care of. Just because it's a income restricted apartments doesn't mean there should be lack of care. Pennrose Management employees don't know when the shoe is on the other foot and they need income restricted apartments.

I have live now with Sharswood crossing phase two for 1 year and 1 month the worst place ever I’m disabled the maintenance and management is a joke I been exposed to MOLD with my lung condition- SARCOIDOSIS 36 years with this condition the maintenance is rude people coming after hours to your home when I need to rest July 9. 2025 I found the MOLD it took 3 weeks to fix and repair meanwhile I had to go to the ER on July 20. 25 for this matter as well to an urgent care on July 26. 25. I also have neighbors in a 3 bedroom apartment over my head ever night it’s running and jumping over my head up until 4am to 5am every single day this is worst nightmare I ever experienced since I lived out on my own since 17 years of age and now I’m 61 years old no one at this corporation take my health serio

Well I live in public Housing The Presidental Estate In Long Branch Nj Jersey I have been here for 17 yrs and I have mold in my upstairs bathroom and mold underneath my kitchen sink that's been there for a while and Lb housing did inspections and they know it's in my upstairs bathroom they covered it with beige paint but it seemed right back threw and I have pics it been like this for some yrs I called Hud and The Health Department but nothing has been down and i have 6children livving with me in this mess...When get a chance later ill share my bathroom pics..And I had that dish washer since i moved there in 07 it stop working 10yrs ago so u can see how old and that mold is in that as well.
