Pennbrook Management

Over the last three years Michael from management has consistently made improvements to my building. One thing that stands out was when I was locked out of my apartment while working from home. Michael brought a spare key within an hour and I was able to make my meetings. Overall, he has done a great job and I feel safer with Pennbrook and the improvements made.

Heinously bad communication with staff. A day before a showing was set up for three adjacent units. The time then was changed. The next day i received an automated reminder . I went to the location for the appointment. The time passed. I contacted the agent. A few minutes later I received a phone message asking for a name that isn’t mine. A different number than the agent. I contacted the against again, waiting on the street. I then was informed that all properties had been rented and that i “should have been contacted uh sorry”. Excuses were then made about software. This was VERY bad business conduct. Their name is on the building, so it will be very easy to avoid in the future.

I have rented with Pennbrook for over 3 years now. They worked with me really well doing a virtual tour in 2021 as i was moving across the country. The apartment was up to date with fairly reasonable rent for my neighborhood and the pictures on Zillow were accurate. They also have responded quickly to maintenance requests even when my HVAC system broke. Their maintenance guy (Vlad) is super great and very nice to my cats when he comes to fix something.

As a resident of the Pennbrook Management community, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the responsive and attentive staff to the well-maintained facilities, every aspect of the living experience here has been exceptional. The management team goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. I am truly grateful to be part of this wonderful community. Highly recommended!
