Penn Square Apartments

An absolute overpriced dump. Lived there for 3 yrs and every year it was either a heating or AC problem. One time the AC went out, they gave me a used AC unit with a roach inside. I paid rent on time every year and was not late ( still have receipts for proof).All they do is raise the rent every year and the maintenance is sub standard. Maintenance men don't even seem certified!!

I didn't visit this place..but bc it's near my family members home..this location comes up..I would never move in those apartments
