Worst experience I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t even have giving them a star. The owner that works, there is very dominant towards women with kids. God forbid you have three or more kids very judgmental. Damn girl you have a lot of kids. He straight looked at me and said I can see you gonna be trouble. Without even knowing me only by looks. I wouldn’t recommend any women with kids to rent from Penn library real estate . The other staff that work there thank you for being so kind. The owner was so rude and judgmental. He also spoke about turning down another woman with kids and being pregnant with twins and not giving her a chance as well. My journey doesn’t stop here.

Extremely rude and incompetent. DO NOT rent or have them manage your properties. Maintenance request literally don’t get handled for years. They try to add fees that are not listed in lease. And specially Ray senior is really rude when you speak to him about any issues.

Really really rude and nasty all I did was go try to put in a application the owner or guy in management was sooo rude I’ve never seen anything like it especially on the first meet of Just trying to apply. I believe his name is RAY

I have been renting my apartment with Penn Liberty Realty for two years and never had a problem with management or maintenance. They properties are well maintained and locations are great, plus the rent is very reasonable. I would recommend them highly.

I've been renting my home for 6 years and I must say I have had no issus at all. If something needs to be fixed they send maintenance out right away. They are very polite especially Enrique who always has a smile on his face and goes out of his way to solve any problem you may have. I would give 10 stars if I could and I would definitely recommend this company!
