The realtor that works here by the name of Carlos de la Rionda has been one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. He clearly does not care about his customers, nor his paycheck. I was led to believe that I would be having a private viewing of a townhouse. Much to my surprise, he failed to inform me that he would be showing it to another couple at the same time. During the showing, he was ambivalent, patronizing, negligent, and rude towards me. I was treated as though I was not a serious contender. I sincerely felt discriminated against due to my age and status. He even insinuated that my income was unreliable. This was my real estate company for 3 years. Carlos senior "owner" would disrespect my wife 50% of the time that we would come to the office. They are currently making an attempt to steal $400 from us. After our three year lease was up Carlos Says "you owe us $400 from when you first moved in." weird thing is why did it take them 3 years if that was true? ANYWAYS, In my lease it shows paid in full, however they still harassed my wife when I was not there. The owner lacks etiquette. Their office is a dive in my opinion, papers all over, cockroaches in plain sight. If your rent is late they charge you $150, my error I sent the check to their next door neighbor, thats how I found out about that. They were the worst part of living in that building. My family and I have purchased several properties using Carlos de La Rionda. He was very helpful and professional. All transactions went smoothly. I would 100% recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing income producing properties.

Worst experience ever. Incompetent and low quality job . I agree with other people he doesn't care about customers, there is one lady on the staff who has not a decent computer to make her job, the lack of courtesy and professionalism is the best thing they do. They are never available in the office to answer your questions. Here is my one star to carlos de La Rionda and carlos de la Rionda Junior. With so many companies out there you don't need to fall so short !
