The only reason I gave 1 star is because you need to leave at least 1 star in order to write a review. Worst property management company ever. They take your security deposit and the. Will not return it when you move out. They do not notify you within 30 Days if leaving the property of their intent to keep the security deposit. They tell you that you cannot get the security deposit back until all tenants leave the property even though the lease says otherwise. I paid for my portion of the security deposit and Vanna, the leasing agent is outright REFUSING to | give me back the security deposit I paid. This is theft. DO NOT LEASE ANYTHING FROM PENINSULA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN MELBOURNE.

This was my first time listing a rental property with a management company (self-managed in the past). I was impressed with Veronica from the get-go; her responsiveness and service was excellent, and her willingness to provide guidance and feedback as I navigated this process for the first time was incredibly helpful. Vanna took great care of us (the tenants) while looking after the owner's precious property.
