Pembrook Apartments

Ms.Bryant is the best, sweetest lady ever. amazing & affordable apartments to start at & make a home! i stayed here roughly 3-4 years. never had maintenance issues, they were fixed & addressed same day! neighborhood is peaceful. the most spacious community i have lived at till this day! the community is clean & now has cameras for security. she has done a wonderful job running this community by herself at first & even after transitioning to woodruff continued to keep this place up & everyone satisfied !

Pembrook Apartments was my 1st time living by myself and the services provided by the property manager, Ms. Bryant, were exceptional and highly professional. The rate is competitive and fair and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Still live here now 3yrs and Ms.Bryant and the Maintenance guy does great with keeping the community up…… both deserve a raise🥰🥰

Ms Bryant is the absolute best I needed somewhere for me and my kids to stay and she made the process easy then what I thought it would be I would most definitely recommend pembrook to any and everybody 🩷🩷🩷

i used to live here when i was a child from 09 to 2016. it was a nice place, had 2 bedrooms, a huge bathroom, kitchen, and dishwasher (which i took for granted). i dont know what the pricing is these days but when i was younger it was nice living there compared to where i moved next
