Ima at Peloquin has the worst customer service I have ever know!! She is so rude to put it nicely!! Attitude and disrespectful!! Doesn’t handle criticism well at all!! Not to mention, I cleaned my place before leaving and I was still charged $300 for a cleaning since I didn’t have it professionally cleaned and shampooed!! Are you kidding me? I gave it to them clean and like any normal company, they do their own cleaning too. New tenants also clean, if they are clean people. I lived there for about 10 yrs. Of course they going to have to do some touch ups. It should not rest on me to have it professionally done for the new tenant!! My new place needed some cleaning and I did that. I didn’t make them get it professionally done!! Also, within 5hrs of dropping keys off, I called Ima and advise

Rented an apartment from this company from March 2019 until September 2020. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. My calls were answered or returned in a fashionable time. I always paid my rent on time but during COVID-19 things were a bit harder and I was always a few days late. They never called to hound for money or gave me any problems. Got my deposit back without any issues. If I needed something fixed they were quick to send someone. Would definitely recommend this company. Their properties are affordable and worked for someone like me. I would definitely use them again.

Beware peloquin management. They’ll waste your time by showing you apartments, and telling you you’ll be accepted and promise things that aren’t true. Deb spoke with me at length on the phone, asked me about my credit and I told her how it was, she explicitly told me numerous times that that would be fine for the properties we looked at. I went to put in my application, the receptionist was disgusting, nasty, rude, condescending and told me that I wasn’t going to get the apartment because of my credit despite the ad specifically saying you did not need good credit. Stay away, do not rent from them, they’re nasty, rude, and disrespectful to your time, money and appointments.

This was my worst experience I've ever had since trying to rent an apartment. The only apartment I looked at of theirs was on ash street in Manchester. When I went to take the tour of the place I was to meet Deb there at 4, she didn't show up til 4 15. And on top of that she appeared to either be on anti anxiety meds or just very non sociable, either way it did not give me a very good feeling about this place right off the bat. However I convinced myself it was going to be fine. So I filled out an application and paid the fee, only to be rejected because I just left my old job of almost 3 years to start working for a better paying and much more stable company with awesome benefits. Apparently trying to better yourself and your career is reason enough for them to deny you a place to live. T

Recently viewed rental 0managed by this organization. They have been great to work with. We had been looking for months with no luck. These folks had us in a rental in our budget in less than a week see. Cant say enough good things about them!! Having signed our lease yesterday i can tell you i was amazed at the service already. When we arrived at the apartment after signing we were blown away. In all honesty due to the market because of covid when we started working with peloquin we were desperate.
