I gave Pella a five-star review because they were sympathetic to a financial issue I encountered a year ago and worked with me regarding rent payments. Not many would do that. Also, maintenance requests are answered immediately and scheduled to suit the tenant's needs. They are honest and factual, balancing business professionalism with a caring attitude. Trust me—a management company like Pella is hard to find.

I was a co-signer for my daughter who rented from Pella 2020/21. My son took over the apartment Autumn 2021 until he graduated this spring. 3 years with Pella and not one negative thing to say. Really good experience for my kids. Maintenance was always super responsive to needs. So glad we were able to rent with them. Highly recommend if you're in need of leasing. Best.

I’ve rented from Pella for two years and they are an amazing company to rent from! They are very responsive to maintenance issues. Any time I’ve filled in a maintenance request, the issue has been fixed in less than 24 hours. They also make subleasing an easy process for any college student wanting to sublease their apartment over the summer. Definitely recommend Pella for anyone wanting to live near OSU.

I lived in a Pella apartment for one year, and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff is incredibly generous, the maintenance shows up way faster than you’d think, and their apartments are pretty nice for the price. I rarely write reviews for anything but I had to sing some praise for Pella. I hear such bad things from friends of mine about other leasing companies on campus, but I seriously have nothing bad to say about Pella. I’d recommend them a million times over!

To be honest my review would have been very different may have been different before rented with Oxford. WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS! I definitely regret leaving Pella and if I was still in Columbus I would be renting with them again. This company is professional, respectable, efficient, and trustworthy. We had some issues like being out of a shower for a few weeks and a very rude encounter with one of the maintenance men, however, I still think this is the best option on campus unless you look for individual owners. Everything is online and overall the staff is respectful and pleasant which goes a long way with people. Honestly the staff being so nice kinda overshadows everything else (nice training on customer service/interaction). I will tell you right now you will NOT find many companies t
