My husband and I stayed with our two dogs at the Heron Lane property in Cedar Key. The house was super clean, offered beautiful views and had everything we needed. Caryn and Mendy with Pelican are amazing! They provided outstanding customer service from booking through departure - checking in with us to make we were good and responding quickly with any questions we had. Cedar Key is a hidden gem. We are excited to go back and will definitely call Pelican Realty for our vacation rental needs. Thank you ladies for an extraordinary experience!

Mendy and Caryn really care about their clients. We rented a condo at Fenimore Inn Mill. We had a beautiful views from the sunrise to the water. The condo was really nice and had everything we needed. Caryn and Mendy are always available if there are any issues and will do everything they can to fix them. Would definitely recommend them and we will be using them when we return to Cedar Key.

Mendy and Caryn are AMAZING!!! We made an offer on our house after Caryn gave us a virtual tour — we were in New England — and when we saw the house for an inspection there were no surprises, her virtual tour was that good. She and Mendy subsequently helped us with our renovation and we will forever be grateful for their knowledge, integrity, and taste. I highly, highly recommend them.

Julie Vandergrif is FREAKING AWESOME! Pleasant to deal with, courteous, responsive, informative and all the other words of praise! After recent hurricane, we talked several times about our upcoming reservation. Cancelled one, and made another at Cedar Key, can't thank her enough for her help!
