We have lived in the house for many years. Almost from the start the well was a constant problem and with many calls for repairs, only the bare minimum would be done. Finally our water pressure dropped to where taking a shower was a chore. I again called the landlord to report a water issue and learned that pelican properties was under new management. Since then Kevin at Pelican Properties has seen to it that our water is working. He essentially replaced our well system. The water now is near perfect and we couldn't be happier. There are several incidents I could name where Kevin has made a positive difference for me and my family, however there isn't enough space here. All I can say is thank you for being there for us, and here are a few more 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 because you deserve it.

Pelican Property Management is under new ownership and Kevin is very professional to interact with. His responsiveness to work orders and/or concerns is very prompt. He is very open and listens to any concerns you may have with the property. This is a very positive change.
