She listed my house for rent and took care of all the advertising, lease, customer service and also helped me with maintenance professionals to handle small jobs that needed to be finished before we rented the house. She placed the sign for rent the first time we met at the property. She took excellent photos of the inside and outside of the property. She was always courteous and professional. In one week she found me a tenant that was interested in my house. She met the person, showed the house and closed the deal. She had found the tenant that I was looking for to rent my house. Simple requests for information regarding invoices to renters and security deposit disbursements were unfulfilled, leaving the renters responsible for significant costs that were not anticipated or well-explained. I suggest you work with another company with more thorough and effective communication and one that aims to prioritize working relationships with tenants.
