Pelican Pointe Apartments

Moved into a studio apartment at this location. The leasing center management team were very friendly and helpful. The property is in good condition for the area. Rates are also good for the area. It was very important to find a place that was affordable. The studio is a good size and has basic amenities such as a small stove and refrigerator. The bathroom was in excellent condition. The only problems I have experienced is low water pressure for showers, and there is some loose flooring near the kitchen but all in all it has been a great space for the value. UPDATE: had my first experience with maintenance issues. I put in three and not even an hour later they came and fixed all three issues. The gentleman even offered to take out my trash that I was getting ready to take out. Amazing serv

The communication at this location is not good. To see an apartment you schedule online which I did. However, once I arrived there was noone there, but the sign was up on the door saying when they would return as they were doing a tour. Someone showed up and went inside the office locking the door behind them. I knocked told them I had an appointment to tour the location. He informed me that he was on lunch. Asked my name went inside, then asked what I was touring. I'm confused as the appointment had all this information and I'm looking at the confirmation. I answered his question and then he said...I have nothing available to show you. I looked at him and just left. I think I dodged a bullet on trying to rent at this location. Be careful if you're thinking about renting from Pelican Point

horbile place to live Ms lily was great but now no longer there. they won't fix my roof for over a year mold and mildew every where . water fall coming down walls like crazy. I caught a respiratory infection from all the mold and mildew.

I call it home because it's a peaceful place to live.i moved here due to my work and it's close to my job and the airport is 8 minutes away management are helpful and neighbors nice as well coming on my second year I've had no issues well besides the roaches everywhere it's can get really hot cause the AC is only work in the living room while the bedroom has fans other than that is a good place to live.update the new management team could do better but the maintenance guys are awesome they go above and beyond to get things done on time so for that I'm so grateful for all those times you guys helped fixed stuff in that apartment.

Great apartments. Neighborhood quiet. Maintenance efficient. Ms Lilly is an awesome leasing manager. She very thorough when assisting with the application process. She also very kind, patient and understanding. Her warmth makes you want to call Pelican Point home. JMincey
