Pelican Isles Apartment

The new maintenance team is way better than the old one They keep raising rents. It’s so crazy, low income for 1 bedroom is going up to about 1,000 with washer & dryer. It’s very expensive considering about 5 years ago it was $600.00. It’s supposed to be low income but seems more like B.S. as the years go on. I feel bad for the people living there and paying that.

I have always liked living here. Never had any issues until my ac went out 9/2. Called the office at 730pm left message. They called me back 9/3 at 430 to see if there was still an issue knowing I was at work all day. 3 calls into the emergency line and still no call back. New maintenance people suck

Lived here for two years and never had any issues! Everything was well taken care of and any maintenance request were always done either Same day or next day the latest!! Would 100% recommend. The maintenance supervisor Kenny was always extremely helpful. The office staff was equally as great when it came to any payment issues I had as well as informing in the programs that they offer to help out their residents!

I have lived here going on 17years, and absolutely love it. It is peaceful and quiet, the staff is awesome. Kenny and Mike are the best they always greet you when they see you, and Michelle is the best property manager one could ever ask for.she is sweet, kind, and caring, they treat you like family. And make sure your taken care of.I wouldn't change a thing about it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. This is truly my home sweet home. Anyone that lives here will be very happy, I did the best thing by moving here and wouldn't change it for anything in the world, they make you feel safe and secure, they take care of their residents like they were family. Thank you pelican isles for making this my home sweet home. Keep up the good work. Your the best.

If I could give this apartment complex zero stars I would have. Don’t move here. They will have people take pictures of your privacy. They will also have people constantly complain so you have no choice but to move oh and don’t expect your children to be able to run around the back yards because you’ll receive a phone call. There’s not much places where the children can run around outside. There was also a shooting here. Be careful about this place. Management sucks. They love to complain about literally everything and anything. My kids can’t even play in the field without people complaining. Definitely don’t recommend this place if you have kids. Not to mention that if the closest dumpster is full they make you walk to the furthest ones away from the apartment building to throw your garba
