Pelican Gardens

This place is trash ive live here for a 18 months and it's load annoying and if you ask for help it wont happen because no one is ever in office maintenance is never available and the cops are in and out of this place constantly the kitchen is extremely small and the bathroom is for one person only two can't fit. And the people on section 8 are a priority they can do whatever they want. The hard working people that pay there rent on time they do not give a damn about. Look real find some where else to live because even if it cost a little more because honestly if you move into this hell you will absolutely regret it 100.

This place is horrible there are nothing but drugs ,fights and when you report it to the landlord they don't do nothing but takes your rent and the hell with the rest the apartment up stairs in 305 fights and drugs the landlord knows all about it the stabbing they cover that up please choose another place pelican gardens apt 1820 in bossier city la place don't give a dam about the lease that they are breaking the sewage all in front of my door constantly backs ups and in other people apartments the board of health needs to definitely get involve there are so much I can't explain all of it sure the put a lillte paint on the walls that's about all. They are remodeling . These used to be the old Homewood apartments. I felt a bit nostalgic when I visited here the other day. My wife and I once lived here 20 years ago.

This place is improved so much and they're doing a really good job we're doing that apartments and just running the place I'm impressed. They're very nice and helpful and help my daughter promptly whenever she needs it
