This has been the worse experience for me as a renter. The property i rented from them in Buford had a lot of repair issues that never got fixed. The response time was horrible. I am a single Dad and they took advantage of me. Finally they decided to fabric repairs after I was told I would receive my deposit back then proceeded to keep my deposit with no explanation. Renters be ware of John.

I read some of the other reviews and I am so shocked to see these stories. I am working with Laura English and she has been nothing short of simply amazing. She has advocated for us at every turn. She helped us get $5000 in upgrades, negotiate the price of the house and she sent her to her lender who is also super awesome. She even got our counters upgraded to marble and granite at NO cost to us!!!!! Every question I have she answers if she doesn't know she will find out and she is always available to us. I love her to the moon and back again. I wished others could have met her and had a better experience.

What a pleasure to have a trusting, long term relationship with such a professional organization. There are many things I appreciate about Peggy Slappey Properties. Namely, their ongoing commitment to God, family, civic, community and charity events. Their overall desire is to enrich and promote others to enjoy a fulfilled life. Mary Kelley has been my real estate agent for years. I have bought, sold, and used her as lease manager on one of my properties for several years. On one particular sale, she had me under contract and closed in 11 days. Granted this circumstance is probably very rare, it was made possible thanks to her negotiation skills and relationships with lenders and attorneys. I consider her my lifelong agent.

Peggy Slappey Homes are absolutely beautiful! I enjoy taking my clients to visit them, as I know they will look fantastic and show easily. I also adore their agent, Sonya Turner, as she has always been extremely helpful and friendly, making transactions work seamlessly.

This company and their agents profile people they do not verify nor check employment before they deny you they deny you based on if they like you or not has nothing to do with credit score background or income cuz they don't verify it they verify it after they denied you. They stole $150 and didn't properly so they job. Racial profiling is 100% unacceptable.. very very very bad business. Needs negative stars for them
