We reached out for a property that was listed on StreetEasy and were told that they had listed the apartment low on purpose to start a bidding war and that while it was listed as "no fee", that the last time a unit in the building had been rented, the tenant paid the "broker" (an owner) $5,000 to sweeten the deal. We paid the $100 application fee anyway and didn't even receive the courtesy of being told we weren't selected. Probably just easier to avoid units represented or developed by this company.

All around excellent experience working with Pegasus Management! My girlfriend and I rented one of their apartments in Williamsburg and we could not be happier. The unit has tons of natural light, is beautifully renovated, and is in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Brooklyn. Brenton was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We unfortunately had to break our lease early and he was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Overall just a really great experience. I'd highly recommend working with Brenton/Pegasus!
