Tom was a nice guy, but because of the uniqueness of my property he thought it best to appraise it as a one family while it is a legal two family. This as well as eliminating bedrooms, kitchens, etc...is what caused my estimate to come in a few hundred thousand lower than would have otherwise. Because he could not find, or did not want to bother to look, for suitable comps, I feel my situation could have been handled better. Plus, I don't think he likes Obama....
