Ashley is very accommodating. She anticipated our need for a parking pass at the Sherwin and had already faxed a copy of our contract to the on-site manager before we arrived. She made convenient arrangements for me to get the key for the condo on a Sunday without having to make an appointment or coordinate a time. She is always friendly, up front, and honest. She kept us informed about the rental in the midst of the pandemic.

We have worked with the team at Peck Realty for 6 years. They have always been extremely responsive with requests, professional in actions, and provide one of the greatest values at one of the worlds greatest beaches! I have been an owner at The Ashley Condo since pre-construction. We closed on our unit In May 1989. I have dealt with Ashley since she joined Peck Realty. I have never dealt with anyone else except Peck Realty and we have averaged five different renters each year with two very minor instantiates which were handled very quickly by Ashley. She is totally professional in every way. Go nowhere else for your condo rental needs.

Worst experience ever!!I Booked a condo through the owner who uses Peck Realty to oversee renting. He sent me a confirmation email with the total and told me Ashley would contact me to make the reservation. I verified the dates with her and she told me she would email the lease. Next day still have not received the lease and they told me they were busy would get it Friday. Next thing I found was an email from her telling me she made a mistake and booked someone else for our dates. She didn't bother to call for something that is so important which stressed my husband and I out to no end. I called next day and she said she could put us in another condo however we would have to move the day before we were to check out to another condo. We tried to explain if we were the first party to
